Biography —
Mozhda Radmanish is a first-year PhD student in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Kansas. Alongside Mozhda's studies, she works as a Graduate Assistant with Graduate Enrollment Management to support the recruitment and outreach of prospective graduate students through recruitment programs, application assistance, and personalized outreach. Mozhda holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from KU, during which she served as a Graduate Assistant with the International Support Services Office. In that role, she welcomed new international Jayhawks to campus and organized social events to build a welcoming and supportive community through student engagement.
With more than five years of experience in human resources management, student engagement, and higher education, Mozhda is deeply passionate about guiding students as they discover their purpose, build confidence, and recognize their cultural wealth as a source of strength rather than deficit. Her research interests focus on organizational and institutional leadership, issues of equity and access for racially, ethnically, and linguistically diverse students, minority women in leadership, and workplace and employee wellbeing. Outside of work, Mozhda enjoys reading, lifting weights, and practicing yoga.
